Isingheim is a district of the community Eslohe (Sauerland) in the North Rhine-Westphalian Hochsauerlandkreis .

The village is located on federal highway 55 around 6 km south of Eslohe in the Sauerland-Rothaargebirge nature park . Neighboring towns are Cobbenrode , Bremscheid , Lüdingheim , Bockheim , Kückelheim and Niedermarpe . The Esselbach flows through Isingheim .

A clue about the former size of the place can be found in an appraisal register (used to collect taxes) for the year 1543. According to this, there were 6 persons subject to appraisal in Isinckheimb; the number should have agreed with the farms or houses that existed at the time.

Among the attractions of the place the listed St. Anthony's Chapel are from the year 1762 and the listed bone mill from the 19th century.
