Isolde Liebherr

Isolde Mathilde Liebherr (born July 10, 1949 in Memmingen ) is a German-Swiss entrepreneur .

Life

Isolde Liebherr grew up in Kirchdorf and Biberach in Upper Swabia as the fourth of five children of the company's founder Hans Liebherr . After graduating from high school , she completed a degree in economics and graduated with a degree in business administration . In the mid-seventies, she took over the services division within the Liebherr group of companies , where she was particularly responsible for the company's hotels and other properties .

Of these, the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol in Telfs , the Löwen-Hotel Schruns or the Hotel The Dunloe in Killarney are just a few examples . The Liebherr Group operates the Hotel Falken in Memmingen, where she was born .

She is the mother of three daughters and lives in Bulle , Switzerland .

Corporate management

After the death of her father in 1993 and the resignation of her brothers Hans, Hubert and Markus , she and Willi Liebherr took over the group in the legal form of a stock corporation . The only shareholders are family members of the Liebherr family.

Isolde Liebherr is financially involved in show jumping . She made his most successful horse Tinka's Boy available to the former Swiss world class rider Markus Fuchs . Her niece Christina Liebherr won the bronze medal with the Swiss show jumpers at the 2008 Olympic Games .
