Jamilu Collins (born August 5, 1994 in Kaduna ) is a Nigerian soccer player. He is mostly used as a left full-back and is currently under contract with SC Paderborn 07 in Germany .

Career

For the 2017/18 season he left Croatia, where he had played so far, and joined SC Paderborn 07 after convincing in a trial session. He received a two-year contract with SC Paderborn. He made his debut for the new club on October 1, 2017 in the game against FSV Zwickau in the 3rd division and was used by coach Steffen Baumgart for the entire playing time and he was able to take the 1-0 lead in the 13th minute prepare by Sven Michel . On April 14, 2018, he and his team secured promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga . With Paderborn, Collins even rose to the First Bundesliga at the end of the 2018/19 season. There he scored his first Bundesliga goal in the 2: 3 defeat against FC Bayern Munich on matchday 6 of the 2019/20 season.
