Joachim Hoell

Joachim Hoell (born April 25, 1966 in Ludwigshafen am Rhein ) is a German author, editor and director.

Life

His maternal grandfather was Kurt Angermann (1898–1978), district president in Königsberg / East Prussia (1941–1945), who belonged to the resistance group around Claus Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg .

Hoell studied German and Latin American studies at the Free University of Berlin . In 1999 he became a mythical world of imagination and an inherited nightmare with his work . Ingeborg Bachmann and Thomas Bernhard are doing their doctorates.

Since 1995 he has written articles and books. He is co-editor of the collected writings of the philosopher Philipp Mainländer (1996–1999) and wrote biographies about Thomas Bernhard (2000), Ingeborg Bachmann (2001) and Oskar Lafontaine (2004). He has been creating and directing versions for audio books since 2006. He is a lecturer on modern literature and audio books at universities and designs and moderates literary and musical programs.

In addition to his literary work, Hoell is also active as a photographer. Hoell lives in Berlin.
