Johann Dietrich von Kunheim ( June 9, 1684 - May 22, 1752 ) was a Prussian statesman .

family

Johann Dietrich von Kunheim came from the original Alsatian , then in Prussia fundamentally worn- noble family Kunheim . His parents were Johann Gerorg von Kunheim auf Spanden (1642–1697) and Maria Elisabeth, born von Ostau from the Lablacken family (1660–1752). In 1716 he married Maria Helena von Wallenrodt from the house of Karmitten (1790–1777), a daughter of the Prussian statesman Sigismund von Wallenrodt (1652–1723). Career

Kunheim studied in Königsberg from 1705 and moved to Utrecht University in 1709 . As early as 1723 he was serving as a tribunal councilor and governor . In the middle of this year he was appointed head of the newly established court in Insterburg by the king . From November 15, 1727 he was president of the court in Königberg . On May 12, 1730, Kunheim was promoted to the position of Real Secret Minister of the Budget and Oberburggraf , as well as President of the Lithuanian Court Judges College and Captain of Insterburg. Ernst Graf Finck von Finckenstein (1633-1717) was his successor in his offices as President of the Court Court and Pupil College.

Kunheim was the heir to Stollen, Kissitten , Karmitten, Maldeiten and Kloschenen .
