Career

Vigilante was selected at the OHL Priority Selection 2001 in the eleventh round by the Plymouth Whalers , for which he went on the ice from the 2002/03 season in the Ontario Hockey League . After completing his junior career, Vigilante, who had never been drafted , continued his career in the American Hockey League .

There the winger first spent two seasons wearing the Milwaukee Admirals jersey . The American then acted at the Syracuse Crunch and on loan at the Quad City Flames . The 2009-10 season would be his last in North America, as Vigilante played 79 games for the Grand Rapids Griffins . This was followed by the jump to Europe, where the striker signed with the Italian first division Asiago Hockey . In his first season he won the Italian championship with the team, to which Vigilante, as the second best scorer in the playoffs after Adam Henrich, had a significant share.
