The 2003/04 OHL season was the 24th season of the Ontario Hockey League . The regular season began on September 17, 2003 and ended on March 14, 2004. The play-offs started on March 18, 2004 and ended with the Guelph Storm's second J. Ross Robertson Cup win on May 5, 2004 who prevailed against the Mississauga IceDogs in the OHL final .
