The 2000/01 OHL season was the 21st season of the Ontario Hockey League . The regular season began on September 21, 2000 and ended on March 23, 2001. The play-offs started on March 24, 2001 and ended with the Ottawa 67’s third J. Ross Robertson Cup win on May 15, 2001 who prevailed against the Plymouth Whalers in the OHL final .
