Adam Henrich (born January 19, 1984 in Thornhill , Ontario , Canada ) is a Canadian ice hockey player who was last on the ice in the 2013/14 season at Coventry Blaze in the EIHL in the position of striker . His brother Michael is also a professional ice hockey player. In Asiago and Coventry, the two played together in the same team.

Career

Adam Henrich's first ice hockey station was the Don Mills Flyers from the Greater Toronto Hockey League. After a season with this he moved to Brampton Battalion in the OHL . There he laced his skates for four seasons before moving to the Springfield Falcons . The seasons 2004/05 to 2006/07 the native Canadian played for both the Falcons and their farm team, the Johnstown Chiefs .

For the 2007/08 season Henrich signed with the Norfolk Admirals , who like the Falcons also played in the AHL . After 43 completed games, he left the Admirals and laced up his skates with the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL). He completed 12 games there, in which he was able to achieve 20 points scorer (10 goals, 10 assists). For the new 2008/09 season he then switched to the higher class playing farm partner of the Nailers, the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins .

Adam Henrich had four game stations in the 2009/10 season: The AHL started with the Springfield Falcons, where he had already completed three seasons. After five games for this, he moved back to the ECHL for Ontario Reign . There he completed eight games. Then he signed with the Cincinnati Cyclones , where he only laced his skates for two games. The last stop for the season were the Hamburg Freezers , for which he only played eleven games before moving to Serie A in Italy for two seasons .

There he was on the ice for one season (2010/11) for HC Asiago and the second for HC Alleghe . In the 2010/11 season , the left-handed shooter was one of the top 10 scorers in the league with 54 points (23 goals, 31 assists). For the 2012/13 season he signed with the second division club SC Riessersee and was on the ice for 19 games before he followed a lucrative offer from England and moved to Coventry Blaze in the EIHL for the rest of the season . Henrich also completed the 2013/14 season there and even acted as assistant captain. His brother Michael joined Coventry Blaze this season .
