The canton of Barneville-Carteret was a French constituency in the arrondissement of Cherbourg , in the department of Manche and in the region of Normandy until 2015 ; its main town was Barneville-Carteret . Dieudonné Renaux ( DVG ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1998 to 2015 .
