The canton of Montmartin-sur-Mer was until 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement Coutances , in the Département Manche and in the region of Lower Normandy ; its main town was Montmartin-sur-Mer , last representative in the General Council of the Département was Olivier Beck from 1994 to 2015 (re-elected in 2008).

The canton was 101 km² and had (1999) 7,573 inhabitants, which corresponded to a population density of 75 inhabitants per km².
