The canton of Toulouse-10 is a French canton in the arrondissement of Toulouse in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitanie region ; Its main town is Toulouse , and Patrick Pignard has been a representative in the General Council of the Département since 2001 (re-elected in 2008).
