Drémil-Lafage ( Occitan : Dremil e La Faja ) is a French commune with 2,652 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitanie region . It belongs to the arrondissement of Toulouse and the canton of Toulouse-10 (until 2015: canton of Toulouse-8 ). The inhabitants are called Drémilois .
geography
Drémil-Lafage is about 15 kilometers east of Toulouse on the Seillonne River . Drémil-Lafage is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Lavalette in the north, Gauré in the northeast, Vallesvilles in the east, Saint-Pierre-de-Lages in the southeast, Sainte-Foy-d'Aigrefeuille in the south, Aigrefeuille in the south and southwest, Quint-Fonsegrives in the Southwest, Flourens to the west, and Mons to the west and northwest.
The former Route nationale 126 (today's D 826) runs through the municipality .
