Saint-Pierre ( Occitan : Sent Peire ) is a French municipality with 239 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Haute-Garonne (high-Garonne) in the Région Midi-Pyrenees . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Toulouse and the Canton of Pechbonnieu (until 2015: Canton Verfeil ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Pierrains .

geography

Saint-Pierre is located about 18 kilometers east-northeast of Toulouse . The Girou flows along the northeastern municipal boundary. Saint-Pierre is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Verfeil in the north and east, Gauré in the south, Lavalette in the west and Saint-Marcel-Paulel in the north-west.
