Bondigoux ( Occitan Bondigós ) is a French commune in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitanie region (previously Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Toulouse and the canton of Villemur-sur-Tarn . The 537 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) are called Bondigounais .

geography

Bondigoux is located about 20 kilometers north-northeast of Toulouse on the Tarn , which forms the western boundary of the municipality and into which the small river Souhet flows here. Bondigoux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Villemur-sur-Tarn in the north, Montvalen in the east and northeast, Layrac-sur-Tarn in the south and southeast, La Magdelaine-sur-Tarn in the south and Villematier in the west.
