Cabanac-Séguenville is a French commune with 170 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitanie region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Toulouse and the canton of Léguevin ( Cadours until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Cabavillois .

Cabanac-Séguenville is located about 48 kilometers northwest of Toulouse in southern France. Cabanac-Séguenville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gariès in the north and northeast, Lagraulet-Saint-Nicolas in the east, Brignemont in the south and west and Le Causé in the west and north-west.
