Saint-Rome ( Occitan : Sent Roma ) is a French commune with 51 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitanie region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Toulouse and the canton of Revel ( canton Villefranche-de-Lauragais until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Romains .

Saint-Rome lies in the cultural landscape of the Lauragais . The Hers-Mort limits the community in the north. Saint-Rome is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montgaillard-Lauragais in the north and northeast, Villefranche-de-Lauragais in the east, Gardouch in the south, Vieillevigne in the west, Montesquieu-Lauragais in the west and north-west and Villenouvelle in the north-west.
