Gragnague ( Occitan : Granhaga ) is a French municipality with 1817 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Haute-Garonne (high-Garonne) in the Région Midi-Pyrenees . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Toulouse and the Canton of Pechbonnieu (until 2015: Canton Verfeil ). The inhabitants are called Gragnaguais .
geography
Gragnague is about 13 kilometers northeast of Toulouse on the Girou . Gragnague is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montastruc-la-Conseillère in the north, Saint-Jean-Lherm in the northeast, Bonrepos-Riquet in the east, Saint-Marcel-Paulel in the southeast, Lavalette in the south, Beaupuy in the southwest, Castelmaurou in the west and Garidech in the Northwest.
The Autoroute A68 (along the western edge of the municipality) and the Autoroute A680 lead through the municipality .
