Beaupuy ( Occitan : Bèlpuèg ) is a French commune with 1,340 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Toulouse and the canton of Toulouse-10 (until 2015: canton of Toulouse-8 ). The inhabitants are called Beaupéens .

geography

Beaupuy is about nine kilometers east-northeast of Toulouse . Beaupuy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Castelmaurou in the north and northwest, Gragnague in the north and northeast, Lavalette in the east and southeast, Mondouzil in the south, Montrabé in the southwest and Rouffiac-Tolosan in the west and northwest.
