Gémil ( Occitan Gemilh ) is a French commune with 270 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitanie region (before 2016: Midi-Pyrénées ). Paulhac belongs to the arrondissement of Toulouse and until 2015 to the canton of Montastruc-la-Conseillère , since then to the canton of Pechbonnieu . The inhabitants are called Gémilois .

geography

Gémil is located about 18 kilometers north-northeast of Toulouse . Gémil is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Buzet-sur-Tarn in the north and north-east, Roquesérière in the east and south-east, Montastruc-la-Conseillère in the south and south-west and Paulhac in the west and north-west.

The A68 autoroute runs through the municipality .
