Cox ( Occitan : Còths ) is a French commune with 341 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitanie region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Toulouse and the canton of Léguevin ( Cadours until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Coxéens .

geography

Cox is located about 37 kilometers northwest of Toulouse in southern France. Cox is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Brignemont in the north and west, Lagraulet-Saint-Nicolas in the north and north-east, Puysségur in the east and Laréole in the south and south-west.
