Until the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons in March 2015, the canton of Léguevin included the ten municipalities of Brax , La Salvetat-Saint-Gilles , Lasserre , Léguevin , Lévignac , Mérenvielle , Pibrac , Plaisance-du-Touch , Pradère-les-Bourguets and Sainte- Livrade . Its layout corresponded to an area of ​​130.20 km ² . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 3118.
