The canton of Toulouse-14 was a French canton in the Arrondissement of Toulouse , in the Haute-Garonne department and in the Midi-Pyrénées region until 2015 ; its capital was Toulouse . Sandrine Floureusses ( PS ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2004 to 2015 .
