The Canton Nailloux was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Toulouse , in the Haute-Garonne and the region Midi-Pyrenees ; its main town was Nailloux . The last representative in the General Council of the Département was Georges Méric ( PS ) from 1988 to 2015 .

geography

The canton was in the south of the eastern half of the Haute-Garonne department. In the west it bordered the cantons of Cintegabelle and Auterive , in the north on the canton of Montgiscard , in the east on the canton Villefranche-de-Lauragais and in the south on the departments of Ariège and Aude . Its area was between 183 m in Auragne and 343 m in Gibel above sea ​​level .
