The Karjala Cup 1999 was the 4th edition of the ice hockey tournament taking place in Finland since 1996 . This tournament is part of the Euro Hockey Tour , in which the national teams of Finland , Sweden , Russia and the Czech Republic compete. The games were all held in Espoo .
