The Czech Hockey Games 2019 (also Carlson Hockey Games ) were the 23rd edition of the ice hockey tournament of the same name in the Czech Republic since 1994 . The tournament was part of the 2018/19 season of the Euro Hockey Tour , in which the national teams of Finland , Sweden , Russia and the Czech Republic compete.
The 2018/19 season tournament took place from May 1st to 5th in the Czech city of Brno and in the Swedish capital Stockholm .
