The Karjala Cup 2003 was the eighth edition of the ice hockey tournament in Finland since 1996 . It was part of the Euro Hockey Tour , in which the national teams of Finland , Sweden , Russia and the Czech Republic compete. The games of the tournament were played with one exception in the Hartwall Areena in Helsinki .
