The Karjala Cup 2010 has been the 15th edition of the ice hockey tournament in Finland since 1996 . It is part of the Euro Hockey Tour , in which the national teams of Finland , Sweden , Russia and the Czech Republic compete. With one exception, the games took place in the Hartwall Areena in Helsinki .
