In his rookie year he rose with the team in the Kvalserien in the second-rate HockeyAllsvenskan , in which he spent the following two years with Mora. For the 2012/13 season , the left shooter was added to the squad of Nashville's farm team Milwaukee Admirals from the American Hockey League . At the beginning of the 2013/14 season, the Swede established himself in the Predators' NHL line-up and signed a new six-year contract in Nashville in October 2015, which should bring him an average annual salary of 3.75 million US dollars. In 2017 he reached the Stanley Cup final with the team, but lost to the Pittsburgh Penguins there .
