Karolina Horster (born July 30, 1986 in Munich ) is a German actress .

Life

Karolina Horster studied acting at the Folkwang University in Essen from 2007 to 2010 . In 2010 she and her fourth-year fellow students from Folkwang University won the first ensemble award from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research at the drama school meeting for the production Sinn . In addition to her studies, she played in several theater productions in the theaters of Bochum , Essen and Dortmund . From 2011 to 2013 Karolina Horster was permanently engaged at the Heidelberg Theater and Orchestra .

Since then she has worked at various theaters, including the Staatsschauspiel Hannover, the Munich Volkstheater and the Schauspielhaus Bochum. She also works for film, television and cinema productions.

Karolina also starred in the short film Zwei Zimmer, Balkon , which won the Studio Hamburg Young Talent Award for Best Short Film in 2010 . In 2015 she received the audience award at the theater festival “Radikal Jung” for the play And Now: The World, directed by Jessica Glause.
