Karton is the first studio album by German singer Mark Forster . It was released on June 1, 2012 under the Four Music label.
background
The album was recorded in Germany, France and Spain. He worked with Ralf Christian Mayer on the entire album, Sebastian Böhnisch was the co-producer. He toured with the German singer Laith Al-Deen . The tour started in February 2012.
The first single On the Way was released on May 18, 2012 from the album. This was able to place itself in the German single charts up to 49th place and stayed in the charts for a total of 13 weeks. The second single was Zu dir (far away) on October 19, 2012. However, this could only place itself at 64th place in the single charts and, in contrast to the first single, only stayed in the charts for one week.
