Reviews

Yannik Gölz from the German online magazine laut.de awarded the overall product Nothing was three out of five stars for free and in his review came to the conclusion that “unfortunately, too many pieces try to be hits”. The original is said to be "such a sleazy head-up song" about some "nondescript lady" that one might think that formulas from the old " one-direction days" were re-cooked here.

Marcel Menne from the German-language e-zine Plattentests.de only awarded three out of ten points for the album. He is of the opinion that Das Original beats the “teen girls” with what they want to hear, namely that they are special. Forster could bring typical " platitudes " to the man in a "halfway nice sounding chorus", while Pi rapped as usual "routinely". “The Prince” has never been more suitable for radio.

Julia Lorenz from Musikexpress comes to the conclusion that you can't buy “coolness” and that it is “embarrassing” to say “all sorts of” calendar sayings about authenticity . If you think that the “nerve potential” can only be increased by some “format radio flitzy beep” jumping out of the cake, Forster “promptly” begins to sing: “Oh-oh-eoooh-oh”.
