Their fiefdom passed in 1315 to the Lords of Hohenlohe-Brauneck , who donated it to the Bamberg Cathedral Chapter between 1340 and 1364 as an Oblei .

Towards the end of the 18th century there were 7 properties in Klebheim (1 courtyard, 1 courtyard, 3 fiefs, 1 house, 1 shepherd's house). The high court exercised the Bamberg center office Herzogenaurach . The village and community rule and the basic rule of all property had the Oblei Hannberg held the Bamberg cathedral chapter.

In the context of the municipal edict, Klebheim was assigned to the Hannberg tax district formed in 1811 . It also belonged to the rural community of Hannberg, founded in 1818 .

In the course of the regional reform in Bavaria , Klebheim was incorporated into the municipality of Heßdorf on July 1, 1972 .
