State government Ender V
The state government Ender V formed the Vorarlberg state government in the XIII. Legislative period of the Vorarlberg state parliament . After the election of the government in the state parliament session on April 2, 1928, the government remained in office until Ender's change to the federal government or until the successor government of Redler was sworn in on December 4, 1930.
Election of the state government
In the election of the governor, Otto Ender achieved 22 of 30 votes cast, seven ballot papers remaining blank and one vote for Ferdinand Redler . Redler was elected governor with 22 of 30 votes . In addition, 7 blank ballot papers were cast again, Johann Josef Mittelberger received one vote. 30 MPs took part in the election of the regional councils, whereby the regional councils Mittelberger, Kennerknecht, Reyer and Rüf each received 29 votes, Fritz Preiss received 28 votes. Franz Rauscher also had one vote .
After Mittelberger was on leave between April and October 1929, Barnabas Fink was elected to the state council during this time.
