The state government Keßler II was the sixth Vorarlberg state government after the Second World War and was in office from 1969 to 1974. It was formed under the chairmanship of Governor Herbert Keßler following the state elections in Vorarlberg in 1969 and sworn in on October 19, 1969. Their term of office ended with the inauguration of the successor government Keßler III on November 4, 1974.

After the state elections on October 19, 1969, the ÖVP and the two other parties represented in the Vorarlberg state parliament agreed on a concentration government that included the SPÖ and the FPÖ in the government. This coalition then consisted of five members of the ÖVP government and one regional council from the SPÖ and one from the FPÖ.

During the term of office of the state government Keßler II, Hermann Stecher of the SPÖ resigned from his post as state councilor on June 24, 1970 . He was initially replaced by the Socialists by Walter Peter , who, however, was also replaced on January 1, 1972 by his party colleague Ernst Winder . In addition, on September 13, 1973 state governor Gerold Ratz resigned from his office. He was replaced by the ÖVP by the previous Provincial Councilor Martin Müller . For Müller, Siegfried Gasser took over the office of regional councilor .
