This list of members of the Vorarlberg state parliament (XIII. Legislative period) lists all members of the Vorarlberg state parliament during the XIII. Legislative period. The state parliament officiated in the XIII. Legislative period from April 2, 1928 to the inauguration of the members of the XIV legislative period on November 22, 1932.

After the state elections in 1928 , the Christian Social Party (CSP) had 21 members of the 30 members. 6 belonged to the Social Democratic Workers' Party (SDAP), 2 to the Landbund (LB). A member of parliament was appointed by the Greater German People's Party (GDVP).

In the election for the President of Vorarlberg, Governor Otto Ender was again elected President of the State Parliament. In the election on April 2, 1928, he received 26 of 30 votes. Three ballot papers remained empty, one of which was for Ferdinand Redler . In the election for the first Vice President, Redler received 28 votes out of 30, Fritz Preiss 29 votes. In the election, which was carried out in one ballot, two empty votes were cast and one vote was cast for Johann Josef Mittelberger .

After his election as Federal Chancellor on December 4, 1930, Otto Ender resigned from his position as Governor and President of the State Parliament and took a leave of absence as a member of parliament. Ferdinand Redler was elected as his successor as President of the Landtag on December 9, 1930 with 25 of 29 votes cast, three blank ballot papers and one vote for Johann Josef Mittelberger . In addition, Redler was elected governor. The office of first vice-president was subsequently taken over by Josef Rüf , who won 26 of the 29 votes cast in his election. Two ballot papers were left blank.

After Ender's return from the federal government, Redler resigned as president of the state parliament. Ender was re-elected President of the State Parliament on July 14, 1931. In his election he received 26 of 28 votes cast, one vote was cast by Redler, one ballot was cast blank. Rüf, too, had resigned his office as first vice-president. On the same day, with 25 of 28 votes cast, Ferdinand Redler was re-elected as first Vice-President for him. 1 vote was allotted to scribe, two were left blank.
