District Court Friedberg (Bavaria)

The Friedberg Regional Court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Friedberg in what is now the Aichach-Friedberg district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1803, the Friedberg Regional Court was set up in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . This was added to the Lechkreis and from 1810 to the Isarkkreis .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Friedberg District Court was established, the district of which was congruent with the previous Friedberg District Court district and consisted of the areas Anwalting , Aulzhausen , Bachern , Baindlkirch , Burgadelzhausen , Dasing , Derching , Eismannsberg , Eurasburg , Freienried , Friedberg , Gibhofen , Haberskirch , Harthausen , Hochdorf , Hochzoll (until 1905 Friedbergerau), Höfa , Hörmannsberg , Kissing , Laimering , Lechhausen , Merching , Mering , Meringerau , Mühlhausen , Ottmaring , Paar , Pfaffenhofen an der Glonn , Rederzhausen , Ried , Rieden , Rinnenthal , Rohrbach , Roßbach , Sirchenried , Sittenbach , Sixtnitgern , Stätzling , Steinach , Taiting , Unterumbach , Weitenried , Wessiszell , Wiffertshausen , Wulfertshausen and Zillenberg .
