The list of Mekong bridges lists all bridges over the Mekong and its estuary arms. The sorting is from the source to the mouth.

China
There are numerous bridges on the still relatively narrow upper reaches of the Mekong (Chinese: Láncāng ). Only larger bridges or bridges with significant traffic engineering are listed. For the dams see the list of dams .
Yunnan Province :
- 2 road bridges on the G214 in the Dêqên district
- Road bridge of the S311 in the Lanping district
- Road bridge of the G320 near Yongping ( Dali )
- Road bridge on the G56 motorway between Longyang ( Baoshan ) and Yongping (Dali)
- Lancangjiang Railway Bridge (under construction), at Longyang (Baoshan), one of the tallest bridges in the world
- 2 road bridges of the G214 north and south of Manwan , Jingdong
- G323 road bridge between Jinggu and Linxiang

Laos or Lao- Thai border
South of the Golden Triangle , one speaks of the lower reaches of the Mekong . The river now forms the borders between Laos and Thailand on several longer stretches.
- Fourth Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge (opened in 2013), road bridge between Chiang Rai Province in Northern Thailand and Huay Xay in Northern Laos
- Mekong Bridge Pakbeng - Ngeun (opened in 2015), road bridge between the Lao provinces of Oudomxay and Sainyabuli
- Mekong Bridge Thadeua - Pakkhone (opened in 2013), road bridge between the Lao provinces of Sainyabuli and Luang Prabang
- First Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge (opened in 1994), road and rail bridge between Nong Khai in Thailand and Vientiane in Laos
- Third Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge (opened in 2011), road bridge between Nakhon Phanom in Thailand and Thakhek in Laos
- Fifth Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge (planned), between Bueng Kan in Thailand and Bolikhamsai in Laos
- Second Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge (opened in 2006/07), road bridge between Mukdahan in Thailand and Savannakhet in Laos
- Sixth Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge (planned), between Ubon Ratchathani in Thailand and Salavan in Laos
- Lao Nippon Bridge (opened in 2000), road bridge near the Lao city of Pakse ( Champasak Province )
- Don Khong Mekong Bridge (opened in 2014), connects Khong Island (South Champasak) with the eastern bank
Cambodia
- Krong Stung Treng Bridge (officially: Cambodia-China-Mekong Friendship Bridge Stung Treng), opened in 2015, road bridge of National Road 64 at Stung Treng .
- Stueng Trang Krauch Chhmar Bridge , under construction, National Road 308 bridge at Stung Trang.
- Kizuna Bridge , opened in 2001, road bridge on National Highway 7 near Kampong Cham .
- Prek Tamak Bridge , opened in 2011, road bridge on National Highway 8 north of Phnom Penh .
- Tsubasa Bridge (also Neak Loeung Bridge ), opened in 2015, road bridge on National Highway 1 at Neak Loeung, southeast of Phnom Penh.
At Phnom Penh, the river is divided into two parts, the Bassac and the Mekong proper, which runs parallel.

- Monivong Bridge , opened in 2009, road bridge on National Highway 1 in Phnom Penh.
- Ta Khmao Bridge at Ta Khmao , opened in 2014.
- Koh Thom Bridge, opened in 2018, road bridge on National Road 21 at Koh Thom.
Vietnam
In the Mekong Delta , the river splits into several arms before flowing into the South China Sea . The Bassac is known as Hậu Giang in Vietnam .
