The list of cities in Cameroon is a compilation of the approx. 40 largest cities in the African country of Cameroon , sorted according to their population .

The two largest agglomerations in Cameroon by far are the capital Yaoundé and the port city of Douala . According to an estimate from 2012, both cities had around 2.4 million inhabitants at the time. A projection as of January 1, 2015 came to almost 2.8 million inhabitants. An estimate by the CIA as of 2015 gives Yaoundé 3.066 million inhabitants and Douala 2.943 million inhabitants; together around a quarter of the 24 million inhabitants of Cameroon.

The following table lists the cities with a population of more than 30,000, the results of the census of April 9, 1976 and April 10, 1987, an estimate for January 1, 2005, and the province to which the city belongs. The population figures refer to the actual city without the suburbs.
