List of stumbling blocks in Vilshofen on the Danube
This list of stumbling blocks in Vilshofen an der Donau contains the stumbling stones that were laid by Gunter Demnig in the Lower Bavarian town of Vilshofen an der Donau as part of the art project of the same name . They are intended to commemorate the victims of National Socialism who lived and worked in Vilshofen. Vilshofen was the first place in Lower Bavaria where Stolpersteine were laid.
A brass plaque is anchored on the top of the concrete cuboid with an edge length of ten centimeters, which provides information about the names, year of birth and fate of the people who are to be remembered. The stones are embedded in the sidewalk in front of the former homes of the victims of the National Socialist tyranny.
