List of stumbling blocks in Großostheim

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This list of stumbling blocks in Großostheim contains the stumbling blocks that were laid by Gunter Demnig in the Lower Franconian Markt Großostheim as part of the art project of the same name . They are intended to commemorate victims of National Socialism , murdered Jewish citizens and victims of euthanasia , who lived and worked in Großostheim.

A brass plaque is anchored on the top of the concrete cuboid with an edge length of ten centimeters, which provides information about the names, year of birth and fate of the people who are to be remembered. The stones are embedded in the sidewalk in front of the former homes of the victims of the National Socialist tyranny.
