Mühlbach is a place and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Groß Gerungs in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 24 building areas with 8,879 m² and 1 garden on 248 m² in the cadastral community of Mühlbach , in 1989/1990 there were 24 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 61 and in 2009/2010 there were 38 buildings on 59 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 118 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 140 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 113 hectares and 145 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 104 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 146 hectares. The average soil climate of Mühlbach is 14.1 (as of 2010).
