Maglebrænde Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Falster in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Falsters Nørre Herred in what was then Maribo Amt , then to Stubbekøbing Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which was merged into Guldborgsund Municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

The parish has 298 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Maglebrænde Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are Stubbekøbing Sogn in the north, Aastrup Sogn in the east, Horbelev Sogn in the south-east, Falkerslev Sogn in the south-west, Torkilstrup Sogn in the west and Lillebrænde Sogn in the north-west .
