Godsted Kirke

Godsted Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Lolland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to the Harde Musse Herred in the then Maribo office , then to the Nysted municipality in the Storstrøms office , which was merged into the Guldborgsund municipality in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

119 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Godsted Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are Engestofte Sogn and Slemminge Sogn in the north, Musse Sogn in the east, Herritslev Sogn in the south-east and Øster Ulslev Sogn and Vester Ulslev Sogn in the south , and in the neighboring Lolland municipality to the west of Krønge Sogn .
