Nørre Ørslev Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Falster in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Falsters Sønder Herred in what was then Maribo Amt , then to Stubbekøbing Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which was merged into Guldborgsund Municipality in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

452 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Nørre Ørslev Kirke" is located in the parish.
