Systofte Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Falster in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Falsters Sønder Herred in what was then Maribo Amt , then to Nykøbing Falster Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which was merged into Guldborgsund Municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

728 inhabitants live in the parish, 335 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Systofte Kirke".

Neighboring municipalities are Tingsted Sogn in the north, Nørre Ørslev Sogn in the east, Idestrup Sogn in the south-east and Nykøbing Falster Sogn in the south-west .
