Sakskøbing Kirke

Sakskøbing Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Lolland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to the Harde Musse Herred in the then Maribo office , then to the Sakskøbing municipality in the Storstrøms office , which was merged into the Guldborgsund municipality in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

4629 inhabitants live in the parish, 4588 of them in the former commune center Sakskøbing (as of January 1, 2020).

In the parish is the church "Sakskøbing Kirke".

Neighboring municipalities are Tårs Sogn in the north, Majbølle Sogn in the east, Radsted Sogn in the south-east, Slemminge Sogn in the south and Våbensted Sogn in the west .
