Nysted Kirke

Nysted Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Lolland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to the Harde Musse Herred in the then Maribo office , then to the Nysted municipality in the Storstrøms office , which was merged into the Guldborgsund municipality in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

1362 inhabitants live in the parish, 1312 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Nysted Kirke".

Neighboring communities are Kettinge Sogn in the north and Vantore Sogn in the west and east .
