Furnishing

The altar wall is adorned with a large wooden crucifix by the sculptor Rudolf Fleck, Fulda, with a corpus crowned with a halo . According to a contemporary witness, the wood comes from a large linden tree that had previously been felled and which had to give way to the eastern extension from 1957. The Way of the Cross is a majolica work from the art workshop of the Benedictine monastery Maria Laach in the Eifel. The new tabernacle found its place to the left of the sanctuary.
