Marlies Ludwig
Marlies Ludwig (born March 9, 1957 in Brandenburg an der Havel ) is a German actress .
Life
From 1978 to 1981 Marlies Ludwig attended the State Drama School in Berlin . Then she attended, as one of the first three chosen, the master class of the drama school at the Theater im Palast under Wolfgang Heinz and Thomas Langhoff , where she stood on stage with well-known greats of GDR drama. She received her first permanent engagement in 1985 at the Volksbühne Berlin , where she was engaged until 1990. She then had engagements in Erfurt and Hanover , as well as several other theaters.
Marlies Ludwig is significantly involved in the “Fairy Tales and Dementia” project. There are advanced training courses under her leadership in which caregivers learn to tell fairy tales for patients suffering from dementia with many practical exercises . As a lecturer for drama and language, she works at various theater schools, including the ETI drama school in Berlin . Various solo evenings with poetry, classical and fairy tale adaptations complete her field of activity. She also worked on several films, television series and radio plays.
